サンクスページが表示されません

はじめまして。
試行錯誤したのですが、どうしても解決できないので質問させてください。
XREAのサーバーを利用しています。
お問い合わせフォームから送信しても、以下のような
Script Errorが表示されサンクスページに移動できません。
ただ、投稿者と管理者には正しくメールが届いています。

.htaccessファイルに、<Files send.cgi>
AddHandler cgi-script-debug .cgi
</Files>と記載してCGIを実行してみたのですが、
環境設定などの情報の後に、
Output of script follows:
=====================================================
Location: http://www.
cgi.synck.com/mailform/thanks.html
と表示が出てきました。
また、パーミッション、パスは一通り確認しました。
他にどこを確認、修正すべきでしょうか。

すみません。投稿が時期尚早でした。
.htaccessファイルを削除して、mailformの階層をかえて
thank.htmlを作り直したら復旧いたしました！m(_ _)m
