WEBARENAのSuiteXでプロが設置できない

こんにちは！

メールフォームプロがどうしても設置できません。
通常のメールフォームの方は動作します。UTF-8で。

ところが、プロの方は過去に何度も設置を試みているのですが、ダメです。
何か決定的な違いがあるのでしょうか・・・・

サーバーはWEBARENAです。suiteXというやつです。
設置URLはまだテストサイトなのでIPアドレスです。

サーバーのオンラインマニュアルがこれなのですが・・・

エラーは
500Internal Server Error

です。

サーバーの設定に従って、パーミッションは700と600にしています。

ダウンロードし直して設置したところ・・・

違うフォルダで設置し直したところ、少しだけ動くようになりました。
ですが、送信したところで

ERROR CODE5
Javascriptが有効ではありません。

が出ます。

check.cgiも動かないようです。

何が考えられるでしょうか・・・・
私のスキルではお手上げです。
